Dr. Rosalyn Lien was born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She has completed internships at Community Eye Clinic in Fort Worth, and private practices within the Dallas/Fort Worth area where she received extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, and co-management of cataract and refractive surgeries. Dr. Lien is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
In her free time, Dr. Lien enjoys baking desserts and traveling with her husband. She also loves to try new cuisines and is always ready for the next food adventure. Dr. Lien also enjoys a quiet weekend at home watching movies, playing video games and spending time with her two dogs.
Dr. Lien is passionate in providing quality eyecare to all her patients, even going beyond updating glasses and contacts. She spends time with each patient to educate them on their specific visual needs and ocular conditions, in addition to discussing ways to help maintain clear and healthy vision.
